What we collect

Details you give us in forms or when donating: name, phone, email, address and PAN.
Rescue reports, including photos and the location you share.
Payment confirmation details from Razorpay, such as amount, date and transaction reference. We never receive your full card or bank login details.
Messages you send to our chat helper.

Why we use it

To respond to rescue reports and keep you updated on the case.
To issue donation receipts and tax certificates required by Indian law.
To reply to messages, volunteer offers and partnership enquiries.
To send our monthly letter if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site, process payments and send email, or where the law requires it, for example with the Income Tax Department for donation reporting.

Chat helper

Our chat helper uses an AI service to reply. Conversations are stored so our team can follow up and improve the service. Do not share passwords or payment details in chat.

How long we keep it

We keep donation records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Other records are deleted when no longer needed.
