Terms and conditions

These terms apply to this website, run by Pashu Jeev Raksha Foundation, a company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work with animals. They are not payment for goods or services. We use donations for animal rescue, treatment and shelter, and for the running costs needed for that work. Where you give for a stated purpose, such as sponsoring a kennel, we use it for that purpose or, if that is no longer possible, for our closest related work.

Kennel sponsorship

A kennel name plate recognises a sponsor. It does not give ownership of, or rights over, the kennel, the shelter or any animal. We may decline or edit a plate name that is offensive or misleading.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank login details. UPI and bank transfers are confirmed after we verify the reference number.

Tax benefit

Our 80G approval is pending. Until it is granted, donations do not carry a tax benefit and receipts say so.

Rescue reports and advice

We respond to reports as quickly as our team and resources allow, but we cannot guarantee a response time. First-aid information and chat replies on this site are general guidance, not veterinary advice. Keep yourself safe and consult a veterinarian.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad have jurisdiction.
