Cancellation and refunds

Donations to Pashu Jeev Raksha Foundation are voluntary and are generally not refundable, because they are put to work for animals quickly.

When we refund

• You were charged twice, or charged an amount different from what you chose.
• A payment was made without your permission.
• You ask within 7 days of donating and the donation has not yet been reported in a tax certificate.

How to ask

Write to our contact page with your name, the date, the amount and the transaction reference. We reply within 5 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.

Monthly giving

You can cancel a monthly donation at any time by writing to us or from your UPI or card mandate settings. Cancellation stops future payments; it does not refund past ones.

Kennel sponsorship

A reserved kennel can be released at any time before payment. After payment, sponsorship follows the refund rules above.
